Terms for members and donors.

These terms cover this website, becoming a member of Gantaal Football Club and giving to the club. By applying for membership or telling us about a gift, you agree to them. The club may update them; the version on this page is the one that applies.

Paying the club: pay only to the club's number shown on this website, by M-Pesa. The club will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN or for a payment to any other number. If someone does, don't pay: call the club on the number on this website.

Membership is open to any supporter who agrees to the club's constitution; under-18s join with the consent of a parent or guardian. The fee is KES 20,000 a year. Your membership starts when the club confirms your payment and approves your application, and lasts a year; a renewal adds a year after the one already paid.

The club checks every application and payment and may decline an application. If it does, the fee you paid is returned to the number it came from. Once a membership is approved, the year's fee is not refunded. A membership may be closed under the club's constitution.

The members' area is for the member alone: keep your password private, and ask the club for a new one if you think someone else knows it. Club news and documents in the members' area are for members, not for sharing outside the club.

Gifts are voluntary and buy nothing in return. A gift is recorded once the club finds its M-Pesa message; if you sent the wrong amount by mistake, tell the club within 14 days. The club uses gifts for its players and its work, and accounts for them in the accounts the members have audited.

The words, photos and crest on this website belong to Gantaal Football Club. Please ask before using them. The club takes care to keep this website accurate but can't promise it is always complete or up to date.
